Hello to all of you lovely people reading my bio. I hope you enjoy my little story. I started hairdressing over 20 years ago, opening my first salon at the age of 19. After developing my skills across the hair, beauty, and barbering industry, I became an educator and ambassador for Keune Cosmetics. In 2017, I moved to Manchester, where I founded Avesta, which has grown into both a salon and an academy by 2024. We are now partnered with the best luxury brand in the market, Keune Cosmetics. While I have a deep love for hairdressing, my true passion lies in making my clients feel amazing about themselves and leaving the salon with a smile on their faces. I am an all-round hairdresser, but here are a few areas I particularly enjoy: I get excited about drastic colour changes and colour corrections. I thrive on the challenge, and technical services are my specialties. I love working with Asian and Middle Eastern hair to achieve hair goals that seem impossible. My approach involves mixing and matching colouring techniques to create your ultimate look. Working with naturally curly and Afro-Caribbean hair is another specialty of mine. With curly hair myself, I understand the challenge of finding the right haircut and style. I will pamper your beautiful curls and advise you on suitable products to help you style your hair at home. I love cutting and styling hair, tailoring my approach based on the feel and texture of each client’s hair. Whether you desire a short bob or a long layered look, I can help you achieve it. I enjoy barbering as well. Men’s hair services may be less versatile, but this offers me the chance to get creative. You’ll be amazed at how minor changes can have a major impact on your appearance. Hair extensions are one of my favorites. I started doing them when they were first introduced to the industry, and I love adding volume and length to your hair, whether through classic weaves, micro and nanobeads, or tapes. I can always advise you on choosing the right colour and cut that suits your face shape, skin tone, and lifestyle to achieve a personalized look. It brings me joy to see my clients leave the salon with a boost of confidence, thinking, “Wow, I look amazing today.” My passion for hair is immense; I truly live, breathe, and sleep it.
