A lovely venue with all staff being friendly and welcoming on entry. It was my first visit and Jess took time to really listen and consider my concerns. The massage chair whilst being shampood was a pleasant surprise, Jess offered suggestions and options and I was very pleased with the end result. She we was also sympathetic and friendly throughout.
