I had such an amazing experience! Jess really listened to everything I said about exactly what style I wanted and explained exactly how to get my hair to be healthier (including ingredients to look for in products and exactly what to do in my hair care routine). Previously I’ve explained to stylists what I wanted and they would never get it right - Jess nailed it I couldn’t ask for more!! Definitely coming back xx
