It was my first time at Avesta with Tyrone. He immediately made me feel comfortable and is very easy to chat to. I left with super soft and shiny hair and a great haircut - he also asked lots of questions to check exactly how I wanted it cutting. Will definitely be returning and trying the treatments too, thanks!

Salon itself was lovely. I showed hairstylist my photo with the hairstyle I had previously. The hair stylist who cut my hair seemed incompetent. He didn’t seem to know what he was doing with scissors (hair layering and texturing was awful), and he didn't pay attention to the type of my hair whatsoever. I ordered “Ladies Services- Cleanse, Restyle & Finish” - finally I got haircut without proper sharp shape, with a flat backside, without smooth soft layering. Worst haircut I’ve ever had.

I have not be disappointed with the results of my visits to the salon, where each member of staff make you feel welcome and at ease from the minute you walk through the door to the minute you leave. I found the salon through the reviews, what a great find it has proved out to be, both Nicola with her fantastic colouring and Anita with her wealth of knowledge, experience and amazing cut transformed my thick hair to wow right from the very first visit.

I just love this place. Amy and Anita (and of course Hannah) are just amazing. They are hair magicians and I’m so happy I found this amazing hidden gem in Salford ... full of life, character, energy, talent and the knowledge they have with hair is to die for ... I trust Anita with my life (well my hair 😂😘)
