Review after having visited 3 times for a wash cut blow. My first 2 experiences were great, and I thought I had found my perfect salon. I re-booked with the same stylist from the 2nd visit.
Some moments felt awkward, e.g. the stylist telling another staff member how 'dry, frizzy' my hair was. Nothing nice was mentioned and I didn't leave feeling I had a relaxing experience. I had more length cut than I asked for. My previous experiences were more pleasant and I had left happy.
