It was my birthday and I wanted to treat myself. I went in for a specific look but they didn’t have the colour I wanted.I was rushed to pick a colour, but why? The lady takes 10 minutes to prep them anyways. She talked with another client as well, a bit awkward and I left not happy with the colour. Probably won’t go back, not the best environment. Better for older women not young pretty women or you’ll be ignored
