All was fine, the only point I would make is that when taking off the acrylic a lot of the surface of my own nail was filed as well.... I don’t think that should happen. While before acrylics application my own nails were all the same length, and all grew at the same speed under the acrylic, taking the acrylic off made some of them way shorter than others because they have been overfiled (both surface and some also lengthwise). As soon as I got home I had to cut my own nails very short, right next to the skin, because the procedure made my nails paperthin and of varying lengths.

The staff is absolutely lovely and were so helpful, I was late for work and they made a perfect application of my gel nails and wax! Would totally recommend ❤️
