Had I known they used drills for gel manicures, I would have cancelled immediately. I have cuts on both hands around my nails from the removal process.
The two members of staff there most of the time spent the whole time chatting in another language showing pictures on their phones, etc. I was the only customer present.
When another colleague arrived, they proceeded to have a 10 minute conversation about a girl who killed herself, setting herself on fire. Various other forms of suicide were discussed and considered.
What part of this is acceptable for a salon?!
