The staff were very friendly and the person cutting my hair (didn't get her name!) was very chatty throughout my haircut, but in a way that didn't feel impersonal.
Haircut was exactly what I wanted and was completed in good time as well. I would definitely come back again!

The hair conditioning and scalp treatment have been the most amazing experience I ever had with any hair treatment. So relaxing and nice. The blow dry was nice in the end but i would not recommend going their for a straight blow dry if you have very curly hair. However as i did not like the result, they finished with a straightener in order to get me what i wanted. Good customer service.
