Although my colour and cut aren't horrendous, they certainly aren't what I expected or wanted. I had Garry to the colour for highlights, which wasn't bleach highlights but a normal blonde colour and he also did slices which didn't give the effect of actual highlights that I wanted. I had also selected on treat well a toner to be used which wasn't and therefore it was more brassy then I had wanted. But nothing I can't really sort myself.
Garry then pssss me on to holly, he didn't come back to check the colour once dried or ask if it was ok either....
Holly then cut my hair, she didn't actually come to see what it was like before it was wet so she could see what she would be cutting soon, so when I asked for the layers to not go all the way through my length and to be like it was now she probably didn't even know what i meant. But I explained to her that I didn't like layers much but didn't mind a few around the bottom to blend the cut. The layers are actually quite short and the hair falls out when I out it in pony tail. Not what I wanted at all. I did show her after the cut to say that the layers are short and her response was to try and grow them out - which is all well and good but hard to do when someone has just cut them even shorter.
So overall although the hair looks ok and the colour and cut are ok it wasn't what I wanted and I doubt very much I'd go back or recommend the salon. Which is a shame as it was good reviews that made me actually book this salon. Maybe they had an off day I'm not sure. But I definitely won't be returning. Shame when there's so many salons and competition nearby that they don't pay attention to details and rush.

My hairdresser listened to my requests, he was friendly and helpful.He gave me good advice about the condition
of my hair and scalp. Overall I felt at ease in the salon and would recommend using this salon again.

Wasn't a manicure and pedicure, just a buff, file and polish. Also not all their fault but I had to remove it all when I got home as it had all smudged, I don't think long enough was left between coats of polish.
