The facial itself was thorough and the room was relaxing, however whilst perfectly professional the interaction with chloe was very clinical and she seemed quite rushed which impacted on my ability to feel relaxed. I put it down to her having a bad day and me being a new client. Being relaxed is important to me so I don't feel I would return.
