I love it! I brought a friend there as birthday treat for her and we both enjoyed it very much. Very professional massage therapist, knowing exactly what I need. My shoulder is back, lol! The Spa itself is small but super clean. Changing room is cleaned on time and plenty of towels. The only thing can be improved in my mind is the locker - the key (for 001 locker) seems not fit well. Steam room is exceptionally good (I didn't use Sauna room but it looks good as well). With Wahanda package, I think it definitely worthy regular visit.
10 minutes less then the 50 minutes massage booked. Massage was very average too, did not do any wonder for me or untied and knots on my shoulders or back. For W hotel, disappointed.
Pretty average would definitely give a try to some other salon.
It was a really great and relaxing experience! Unfortunately they only have a quite small sauna and steam bath, but everything was very clean, the staff was super friendly and welcoming and the treatment can be totally recommended - we'll definitly hit away spa again soon :)
Lovely massage, small facilities, very clean with calm atmosphere with dimmed lighting ensuring that you are not disturbed whilst having a relaxing treatment
Went for the massage/facial and afternoon tea deal. Absolutely brilliant massage and facial (special thanks to the lovely therapists) whilst the afternoon tea was so tasty. Only reason why I haven't given 5 stars is that the spa is quite small and although they say you can spend time there before and after the treatments, there isn't a pool or Jacuzzi to relax in
