Experience was ok but I was told it wasn’t possible to shape my eyebrows because they aren’t thick enough, when I get them shaped all the time. Shaping is a different skill to just a cleanup and I don’t think the person doing my eyebrows was very skilled with the thread as tweezers were used a lot. I asked for a partial refund given that I booked and paid for shaping which didn’t happen and was told I would get one but am yet to receive. Despite this experience was pleasant and polite.
