Really unhappy with the service and final product today.
They called to change my appointment which wasn’t ideal but as I already paid on the Treatwell app I had to change my plans.
The salon is a little rough around the edges but I thought to not judge a book by its cover.
But my eyelash extensions almost look comically bad. They are really unnatural and you can see where the cluster is glued on. I will not be returning and I am going home to google how to remove eyelash extensions. A waste of £25.
I feel bad because they were really nice in there but very disappointing.
