I booked a Swedish Massage and it was very disappointing. While the therapist was nice and attentive, she didn't appear to be properly qualified given the massage I received. She didn't follow the normal steps and procedures, there was no technique, I doubt she knew what she was doing. She didn't know how to address the problem areas that were tense and painful, overall I left feeling the same, and the following day my back pain was actually worse, so much so that I couldn't go to work. I doubt the therapist is a qualified masseuse. The salon was fine and clean but the therapy room is very cluttered. Would not recommend getting a massage here unfortunately.

Really good facial - my first with dermalogica. The lady I saw was very nice and professional and tailored the products to my skin's needs. It included some lovely massage and she was very thorough with extractions (never the most fun part but I needed them!) I'd definitely come here again. It's a friendly local salon, not a spa, so doesn't have the decor/ambience of somewhere upscale, but it was clean and comfortable and great value for money.

A Hollywood wax is never going to be a pampering painless experience but there at least a few things the beautician can do to make it as comfortable as possible. In this case the service was friendly, professional, efficient and over in no time. Will be returning.
