Unfortunately this site does not know how to administer an eyebrow tint for any one besides people with black hair. The two young ladies did not inform me of different dyes they had or the procedure. They started threading my eyebrows without telling me what they were going to do or what shape I would like, and subsequently shaped them too thin. (Usually beauticians dye and then shape brows after so as to get the right thickness after the colour is put on). I said I would like my eyebrows to be dyed a very light brown however I felt that they were not really listening. My eyebrows came out near black (I have strawberry blonde hair) and I was really upset. What made it worse is that they were telling me it is the same colour as my hair low lights which was completely untrue (I have red hair underneath). I told them I was not happy with the colour and still they charged me £12 for the service, did not even offer me a discount. They then preceded to try and sell me other services which made me realise they really didn't understand how I felt although I was nearly in tears. I would advise that people do not attend this place if they have light coloured hair for an eyebrow tint. It was an extremely disappointing service.

I booked a Swedish Massage and it was very disappointing. While the therapist was nice and attentive, she didn't appear to be properly qualified given the massage I received. She didn't follow the normal steps and procedures, there was no technique, I doubt she knew what she was doing. She didn't know how to address the problem areas that were tense and painful, overall I left feeling the same, and the following day my back pain was actually worse, so much so that I couldn't go to work. I doubt the therapist is a qualified masseuse. The salon was fine and clean but the therapy room is very cluttered. Would not recommend getting a massage here unfortunately.
