I booked this appointment 2 weeks before and received a confirmation and reminder email. I arrive, they have no idea about my booking and didn't believe me until I showed them proof. They then told me I had to wait 30 minutes.
There is a distinct language barrier there because after 10 minutes of waiting they usher me to sit down, where then one woman who spoke very poor English assumed I was there to get my eyebrows threaded. I told them for the second time I'm there to get a hair cut and they send me back to sit down.
I left and had a better experience at a lovely salon in the village, where the people knew I had a booking, understood what I was there for and did a fantastic job instead of being disorganised, unfriendly and essentially wasting my time.
Avoid, go to somewhere where they are professional and don't make you feel like it's your fault for their mistake!

Second time I have been back here and the staff make you feel so comfortable. The also explain different techniques and maintenance which makes you feel like they know what they're talking about. Also managed to get my brows done as well! I will be back before my holiday...
