I recently had a pedicure done by Monalisa Ajudia, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, her attention to detail, hygiene, and client comfort was outstanding. She has a gentle yet precise touch, and it’s clear she takes pride in her work. The tools were impeccably clean, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and she took the time to ensure every step of the process was done thoroughly — from the exfoliation to the massage, and finally the polish.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in for a simple eyebrow wax, and left with burned, sensitive skin, and red block marks between my brows and eyes. I was absolutely astound at the fact that not only was this appointment 15 minutes late, but after ripping the top layer of my skin off, she then proceeded to thread and pluck my brows. I felt as if my skull was exposed at the layers of skin that disappeared. Don’t think I can find a word in the thesaurus that would express my disappointment
