Premises are unhygienic and extremely unclean with overfilled bins. There was an attempt to apply a used cotton bud during my treatment which I objected to. I have been left with a cut under the eyebrow and the tint has already faded after only 2days. I would definitely not recommend this venue. (I should have known better and followed my instincts!)

The lady who was in charge of me (Aarati, I believe) was very friendly and professional. She gave me the haircut I asked for and made sure my new hair matched the one on the picture I showed her. The atmosphere was pleasant as well. I also appreciated them phoning to update me on my appointment time, which had known some changes.
