Good massage but decor of the place was pretty basic didn’t feel like I was have a treat.

I went in for a Brazilian blow dry. The staff were lovely and welcoming. I was also offered tea/coffee/water. However I was not pleased with the treatment. I chose it as it was at bargain value but I wouldn’t say value for money. The description said wash, apply product, straighten and then wash again. However my hair was only straightened once and badly. I could still feel the product had not blended in well with the heat. And I asked several times for my routes to be done. The hairdresser explained she couldn’t do them within 1/2 of my scalp which I feel is a lot when I’m in there to help manage my frizz. I also have to declare that I have long and frizzy hair. So I felt the hairdresser got bored or tired, or just didn’t know how to manage my hair type. The treatment took 3 instead of advertised 4 hours. Which is probably the time to do it properly. I wouldn’t recommend this place for long/thick/ frizzy hair like mine. I cannot comment on other treatments or other types of hair.

Good price and the lady waxing was very kind. However, I noticed that most of my hair was still there in random places (Although I had the hollywood wax) and the right side of my bikini got burned :(
