This was the worst Hollywood I’ve ever had. It was so awful & painful. The strips were way too big to pull off in one go, especially for the curved underside/lips. I wanted to walk out without finishing because she kept tugging at the wax but not actually pulling it off. I was even trying to pull off the wax myself because she just couldn’t. The wax and hair was a mess, all over the place. She took her gloves off at one point too. I want a full refund!!
