Always get facials with same lady. Is a magician and very attentive. Is far from my home in bournville but worth the extra travel as always delivers!!

The very worst experience ever, does not have towels to cover up then offered tiny smelly ones, she is very inappropriate and talks down about Brits and Europeans as though we are dumb. Very toxic environment and behaviour I felt so unsafe especially as she exposed me naked. Claims that she is a doctor and says stupid stuff like apple and kiwi have iron. Would do anything to get you to pay extra for something you do not want. She refuses to say what is in their smelly oil, what about allergies?
