Nilam is excellent. She tells me where my muscles need working on before I say anything. She will always ask “how are you.?” I go in walking quite stiff but come out feeling less stiff and walking better. They do not push you to have anything done, but will recommend. I love going there. Many places I’ve tried, but this the the best so far for me.
The place was little scruffy but the massage therapist seemed pleasant. The massage was a deep tissue which was quite painful at times as I had a lot of tension. The massage oil used was horrid and I had to shower straight after as I smelled like curry spices quite strongly. The treatment room was warm enough but I was given a small rough and damp towell to cover up with which didn't feel very luxurious... The massage therapist whipped off the towel to, exposing me in my paper pants which I didn't like as usually they are very careful about keeping your middle parts covered so you feel more comfortable. I would also have liked music in the treatment room as I could hear the clock ticking on the wall for the duration of the treatment which made it hard to relax.
All in all a good treatment if you are looking for a deep tissue massage but staff should pay more attention to the ambiance of the surroundings to improve the experience.
I can honestly say it was an unusual but pleasant experience having never had this treatment before. The thereapist was lovely, very informative & made me relaxed & comfortable. I was amazed at the outcome & would deffinitely have it done again & as often as allowed. Thankyou & hope to see you soon.
