I would recommend the herbal hot press massage by Nicola. Really relaxing and it helps my aching neck and back. excellent value, really friendly team who are great about getting in contact and I always feel like a new person afterwards!

I am a big fan if Ayurveda. I have been going to Kerala for Ayurvedic treatment since 2012. It has been crucial in changing my lifestyle and my health has improved tremendously.
I was searching for an authentic Ayurveda Doctor in London and found Dr Alex and his staff.
He provides excellent advice and Ayurveda treatment and remedies. The place is quiet and comfortable. The atmosphere relaxing. His team therapists are also very good.

I had an amazing Ayurveda deep tissue massage this morning in Putney. Just what I was looking for! It was a very relaxing environment and lovely treatment room. Alex was very professional and knowledgeable about how to help with my aches and pains and suggested holistic ways to help in between sessions.
