The massage was far more than I was expecting. Dr Alex has a great knowledge of holistic healthcare and takes all aspects of your health in mind when performing a treatment. I left with a higher range of movement and feeling on top form. Will be going back :)

I knew very little about Ayurveda when I booked a massage, but Dr Alex is so knowledgeable and took the time to explain before the treatment began. One of the best massages I have ever had and has really helped with neck pain I had been suffering from due to office working/computer use! I will be back and I highly recommend! Thank you!
