The back massage was very good and included some Indian oils and stretches which really helped me after some intense exercise. No pain in my back after the treatment.

I was looking for an authentic Indian therapeutic message in different places and I am very glad I found this place.. So relaxing I almost fell asleep and i came out feeling wonderful and energised. . I got chatting to Alex about different kinds of healing and therapies and he gave me lots of advice and remedies for issues that i had. Also last summer I had a treatment from severe allergy that I had and it helped me immensely. I am looking forward to trying out other amazing therapies Alex is offering and of course I would definitely recommend this place to anyone .
I have had SO MANY massages by all kinds of people and this was one of the best ones I have had in a long time! Not just a superficial massage - muscle, detox, relaxation, skin softening etc I saw the difference right away and throughout the day.

Wonderfully rejuvenating experience. As a yoga teacher and massage therapist who has been lucky enough to experience authentic Ayurvedic treatments in Kerela, India, it was difficult for me to find an authentic Ayurvedic physician in the UK until I came across Dr Alex, with his in-depth knowledge of Ayurveda and wonderfully therapeutic massage treatments. Highly recommend.
