Dr Alex is a great practitioner who successfully treated me for peri menopausal symptoms and general dosha imbalance. His herbs and treatments are very reasonably priced also. Highly recommend him.

Excellent! I am 71 and have chronic heart disease. For the last 12 months essential meds gave constant migraine type headaches reducing my life to a shambling shuffling existence rather than living. I have tried other therapies, Body Talk, Body Stress Therapy, Osteopathy with little success. Now, 5 Ayurvedic massages later and the headaches have 95% gone. Not only that, but for the first time in years I can walk tall and have energy. I cannot praise Dr A enough for giving my me life back. I thoroughly recommend Dr A's careful and considered treatment.
A very thorough massage, not quite I expected but even better than what I expected.
I went in with sore shoulders and an achy back and came out revitalized!
I would recommend this massage and will definitely re-visit.
