I knew very little about Ayurveda when I booked a massage, but Dr Alex is so knowledgeable and took the time to explain before the treatment began. One of the best massages I have ever had and has really helped with neck pain I had been suffering from due to office working/computer use! I will be back and I highly recommend! Thank you!

Dr. Alexander is extremely knowledgable and very thorough. It was my first time exploring Ayurveda and the experience was excellent. This was the best massage I have ever had and my back pain was instantly relieved. I will definitely be returning.
