I would highly recommend Dr. Alex to everyone! I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience, and I will continue to go back for treatment. I had a deep tissue massage and it was fantastic. I left feeling like a completely new person! I also went to Dr. Alex to treat a back injury, and I have made exceptional progress. He is exceptionally qualified, kind, caring and very professional. The rates are also very reasonable. Two thumbs up!!

Dr Alex was a pleasure. This was my first Ayurvedic massage, and it was a unique experience. It is definitely not a typical (boring) "relaxing" massage. It is fast pace and includes stretching. It feels like a bit of a light workout. Feels great for days after! Great value! Will be back!

First time for Ayurvedic style deep tissue. Very fast, strong and oily. Extremely invigorating with limb stretching. Enjoyed the style of massage very much. I think people who are very into yoga and who like a strong massage will enjoy it. Felt very energised after with knotted neck and shoulder muscles much improved. Male therapist also a first for me (have had lots of make osteopathy before) - he was very polite.

I have had many massages and treatments over the past twenty years and can hands-down say that Dr. Alex is the best. Not only is he simply amazing at massage, unwinding the body and completely relaxing tense muscles he is an incredibly gifted, knowledgeable and kind Ayurveda doctor. Make no mistake, this wonderful doctor knows his stuff. I feel so confident that my health and body are in the right hands in his care and so happy and grateful to have found him. Thank you Dr. Alex!

Yes!! A great massage in London! Dr Alex is a great find! After spending time in Kerala I thought I would never find a better massage outside of India, but Dr Alex proved me wrong. I had a neck injury, and as a result my back is extremely tight. I needed a deep thorough massage, and opted for the hot herbal poultice massage, as I had had one before and found the added heat really helpful.
What Dr Alex added to this, was the most thorough massage, that also included stretching and bending my arms and legs, allowing them to really benefit from the massage, and also relieve extra tension I had been carrying. I highly recommend this massage! I'd like to point out for the ladies that at all times my modesty was taken care of, and I had complete trust, Dr Alex really understands the body. Well worth the money for 75 mins! I came out feeling looser, lighter, relaxed yet energised. This was my first time seeing Dr Alex, and he advised a different type of massage next time, that would be more relaxing so I can't wait!
