I have been receiving Ayurvedic care from Dr Alex for about 6 months and I have found him to be thorough and comprehensive in the advice that he has given me on food, medication and lifestyle. He always follows up any consultations to find out how I am feeling and is able to provide medications and advice quickly when I contact him. I have received Ayurvedic massages from him and they are really excellent, he works hard using targeted pressure to release specific issues particularly in my shoulders. He was also able to organise an Ayurvedic retreat holiday in Kerala, India for both me and my sister where we had an absolutely amazing time and we will definitely be visiting again in the future. All in all my health condition has definitely improved since visiting him and I would certainly recommend him.

I have had a few sessions with Dr Alex, my most recent visit was last Friday, and they have all been excellent. Although the massage is about the best you will get outside of India, it is also deeply healing. Dr Alex understands how the body works, is able to pinpoint areas of stress and alleviated much of the pain and discomfort I have been experiencing for some time. I also had the best night's sleep I have had for ages!
I thoroughly recommend Dr Alex.

I've been to Dr. Aneil/ Alex about 5 times in the past year due to various sporting injuries or stress related strains from sitting at a desk for too many hours He always manages to fix me and though I hope I won't keep needing his healing services - I reccomend him highly and wish him the very best for his business.
