As I've never had an Ayurvedic treatment before I was not sure what to expect. The consultation was very thorough, and the massage was beyond fabulous! I felt completely refreshed afterwards, and I bounced out of the clinic, whereas before I had felt very heavy and tired. I was pleasantly surprised by the cost, and I am sure to recommend friends to visit the clinic. I am now trying to educate myself about Ayurveda, and implement some of the tips given by Dr Alex in his follow up email. I hope to visit the clinic again soon!

Best massage I've ever had, left feeling like I was walking on air. After several months of high stress Dr. Alex's treatment left me feeling deeply relaxed and the tension in my glutes and calves was completely rejuvenated. Can't recommended highly enough for those wanting a full body massage that really gets in there and leaves no stone untouched.

I am utterly satisfied. What I look for is a intuitive and technically strong therapist who respects the importance and understands the body's own energy flow. I found it all here and my mind felt as good as the body. Thank you for the treatment!
This was honestly the best massage I've ever had - and being trained in sports massage myself I've had a few. However, this wasn't just a massage - this was a treatment and had great healing properties that left me feeling on top of the world.
Alex really knows his practice and his hands know where there is tension in the body. In addition to being kind and gentle he is extremely knowledgeable and really helped me with a health concern. As soon as I got home I dug out my book on Ayurvedic Healing and started reading it again. Thank you very much - I will definitely be back again (soon!).

I very much enjoyed my treatment with Dr Alex! I felt extremely comfortable throughout and was totally relaxed. The massage was thorough and well tailored to my individual needs - I have been experiencing severe upper back pain and I felt looser in my upper back after the treatment. I felt that I was treated with care and that Dr Alex puts a lot of time and effort into making his clients feel at ease.
I will definitely be recommending his services!
