The session was great! Signed up for the Indian Head & Facial Massage but mentioned I’d been having back issues and Dr. also helped me out with a great back and shoulder massage as well. I’m feeling so much better than when I went in.

Very skilled and effective head to toe full body massage with oils and some stretching. Dr Alex explained the principles of Ayurveda health and how massage is one component of a much broader holistic health approach. Will return.
