Highly recommended! I have had shoulder and elbow problems for years and this was the best massage I’ve had for it. Dr Alex was hugely knowledgeable and carried out a full consultation with me,explaining the background to Ayurvedic medicine. The massage was very therapeutic (the hot stamps really helped me). It’s not something I’ve tried before but two days later still have no pain. Dr Alex also recommended some herbal remedies for my pain to try as well. A great listener and great technician!

I initially booked this out of curiosity as a new treatment, and I was very glad I did. During my session i learnt more about Ayurveda and the message I received was very effective in releasing a lot of the tension that I was suffering from. It also had more lasting benefits than other massages I tried in the past and that I thought were helping me. Really recommend the experience.

A wonderful massage, with warm aromatic oils & soothing warm herbal compresses which really helped release tension from my back. Dr Alex also gave me sound advice which I am following with regard to staying healthy. Also a deep tissue massage, thoroughly recommend.
