I booked this appointment as I really wanted a massage for my back and shoulders and have an interest in Ayurveda.
When I arrived Dr Alex went through my whole health history with me including recommending a tea for the acid reflux I was experiencing, which has really helped.
The massage was very good and he was very considerate of my knee which is extremely sensitive.
He suggested I come back for a full assessment which I am sure I will.
I highly recommend.

I think it was one of the best massages of my life! I arrived extremely tired due to lack of sleep (3rd pregnancy) & to some health issues that are not only tiring me physically but also a source of worries. Dr Alex made me feel at ease since the very first moment and at the end of it I was pain-free and completely relaxed and happy. It felt like a huge weight was lifted from me. Needless to say that I have slept like baby ever since!
