My first experience of Ayurvedic yoga massage and I was fascinated and delighted. Jacqueline took considerable care in checking out what my needs were and paying attention to what I felt comfortable with. Tremendous as ever! The deep tissue massage helped release my stiff shoulder, and neck, and manage the tightness in my lower back. The stretch at the end helps to consolidate the massage. An intuitive and effective therapist!

The combination of massage and movement is very powerful for physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. AYM can release tension and stiffness in the body, soothe pains, assist in recovery from injury, encourage deep relaxation and calm the nervous system, improve sleep and digestion and so much more. We tailor each treatment to the individual and their needs on the day.
