Got a nail cutted because broken and it was not, and she wasn't even able to remove then the acrylic holdin on my nail.
It was so painful I had to tear it off myself.
The infill is horrendous, she looked like she was scared to use the product which was put only on half length of each nail.
Poor job, looked like an amateur.
I wish I could post pics showing holes in the acrylic.

Paid £10 as had voucher, not worth £20. I attended with my hair already washed to make things quicker and blow dry commenced without any heat protective product on my already dry hair. product applied at end super greasy, not comfortable experience

I had an absolutely amazing experience! I got a deep tissue massage as i was really stiff from working in an office daily but left feeling better than i have in years and had a facial which left me so refreshed.
