Mani was fine but took 1hr not 45 mins. Salon needs some work to be more inviting, utensils kept in a cafetière (not sure how sanitary this is). Wasn’t shown a colour wheel for nail colour just had to say what I wanted and was shown a couple colours

Not the best experience. Tiny, cramped room, not clean, not welcoming or relaxing at all. Customer service could be better. Treatment felt rushed. Unfortunately this is the first & last time I’ll be booking here
