Massage itself was good but ambience terrible - tiny cramped room, no music, no attempt at decor, multiple tradesmen knocking on the door during my treatment.

Turned up, no one there. Told I was at their old salon address (as in my booking confirmation). Quite ridiculous, going to avoid booking on treatwell from now on as this is the second time they have written false information and wasted my time
