Cassie was lovely and made us tea and chatted to us. My manicure was a bit disappointing, as I was hoping to have my cuticles trimmed and cleaned up, and they were left ragged. I was also hoping to have my hands soaked and some hand massage, as is standard in other Nail Salons. My friend's pedicure was perfectly OK, but not very thorough and some rough skins was still there. The salon itself was nice, but the ambience wasn't very relaxing, there was a TV playing really loud when we walked in and I had to ask for it to be turned down. They could make the salon more relaxing with gentle spa music and candles and the treatments themselves could be improved in terms of the attention to detail. Finally we weren't able to pay the extra needed (my friend got an additional service) as they didn't have a card machine. So we had to drive to a petrol station to draw money, which was annoying and inconvenient.
