First time having my hair done by Cassie, she was friendly, looked at how I wanted my hair styled and explained this she would cut it to achieve this and how I could recreate it at home. A great experience.

I didn’t have Jenni for my visit but another lady. Jenni put me at ease over the phone and the lady who did my hair was also extremely lovely. Nothing was too much trouble and advice on different products was very much appreciated. I would definitely come back again!
