Which means she had to move it around to steam my face evenly. There was simply no extraction. I expected her to use her fingers but she used a tool which did little to nothing. Mind you i have not had a facial for over a year and was really looking forward to it. It was not worth it. Pls save your money and go to licensed esthetician. To top it off, Micheala was rude and def not professional.
