I booked my partner for a skin glow facial which he absolutely loved. Michaela was very welcoming, the room had a relaxing atmosphere and she explained everything she did during the treatment. Both my partner and I could see a difference in the appearance of his skin after the treatment, Michaela also gave some advice for aftercare. We will definitely be going back.

I was trying to discuss this privately but there are no contacts shared to do so. Third day with the eyelashes and I have got massive gaps, like I’ve them on from 3 weeks instead. I’m forced to book and pay someone else and that’s very annoying. I’m a mum and it’s no easy to have half day for myself. Michaela is nice but the quality of the lashes is very low and the quantity is minimal. Literally 3 days and need to remove. I would love a refund even if partial, please. I can post photos. Thanks

No consultation or after care advice. Lashes fell out the same day! Woke up this morning and all the lashes have slipped down my natural lashes ready to fall off.
Usually I go to a more experienced Lash Artist but decided to try Beauty By Chaela. Would not recommend if you normally get or expect high quality lashes.
