This was an awful experience. From Michaelas attitude to the cleanliness of the place. I paid 40 pounds for my eyelashes and got the hybrid lashes with classic. After 1 day 4 lashes fell out, to add on to this after the second day I got a stye on my Waterline. I messaged michaela regarding this- when I came in the store I was told “lashes may not be for me” Michaela gave me half of my money back however the quality of the lashes is bad.She did not apologise but blamed me, bad customer service.
