First hairdresser I go to in Birmingham and will definitely be my regular now. Service was great, staff is extremely friendly, open to give advice, and nice chat. The place was easy to find, is super clean and well equip.

A great place providing excellent service! I'm glad to have found B in the City – staff are very welcoming and (in contrast to many other places) take their cue from what you want your hair to be like, rather than imposing their own ideas. In essence, the service at B in the City is very friendly, reliable, and of excellent quality! As a little bonus, B in the City's marketing concept uses "B" as the verb "be" in a lovely range of ways – so B there!

Chanel was running late, but was great about it, made me fell welcome and comfortable, and best of all, got my hair exactualy right. Definable my new regular place.
