The staff were not prepared/didn’t have my booking in their system so I had to wait 20minutes before I was seen. My pedicure was thorough but took an hour and a half so all in all took two hours to get a pedicure.
Pedicure
The polish removal took far too long and was badly done - all with a drill, no soak off. This caused an argument between the staff, as the lady who was doing the wax wanted the other to be quicker - it was uncomfortable and unprofessional to sit there while they argued about it. The wax was then rushed and poorly done. Won’t be going back.
