The nail technican was extremely rude when I first entered, barking at me that I didn’t book on treatwell and told me she was leaving to go home. I explained I had booked, and after she checked the system she softened her approach. I wasn’t able to see past how she greeted me to begin with because it was so incredibly harsh.. I prepaid for “gel polish manicure” on the app and was told that I needed to pay for a cuticle service ontop when no prior mention of that was discussed at the start.

The manicure itself was very thorough but the quality of the polish they use is clearly not very good. I had to ask for a third coat as it was looking a little see through and then it was sadly already peeling off my thumb a couple hours later so I’m now left with no polish on my thumb…
