Arrived for my appointment and was told threading lady wasn’t there and wouldn’t be there until 90 minutes later. They rearranged my appointment, I went home and traveled back 90 minutes later. The whole place was locked up and no one was answering the phone. I waited 15 minutes in the pouring rain. This was a pre-paid appointment. Very disappointing.
