Minus points: 1. The last appointment can only be 6:30, half an hour later in the evening would be more comfortable, 2. They don't push extra products and services at you but inform you pleasantly.
I was a little surprised they didn't offer to measure me first and really look at the areas to work on but took it on trust that I knew what could be done. Fine for me, I've had it before but if it were a first time the client would need more information about what the treatment can/can't deliver

I literally cannot say enough good things about this place. After living in London for 18 months, I have finally found a salon. The staff were incredibly friendly and full of fun, and the hairdresser listened to what I wanted which I find is a rarity! My hair is the best it's looked in years. Beautiful colour to enhance my eyes and complexion and a wonderful flattering cut. Can't wait to go back, this was an outrageous success. Thank you!

Excellent value half leg wax. Lovely salon- although apparently it is moving premises in the next few months- with nice ambient music playing, very relaxing. I was the last person of the day and they deliberately stayed open for me without moving my appointment time- really appreciated. My therapist was so friendly, talkative and very professional- very pleased with the result!

Although it wasn't to the strength that I'm usually used to (thai massage style) and I'm not sure that any knots were actually worked on, it was relaxing (I fell asleep a bit). Quite gentle strokes were used, and interestingly, I did feel less tense in the shoulders afterwards. So, who knows?

Amazing pedicure - so thorough: and those tools! Wonderful to soak your feet in a hot bath too. I basically have runner's feet, with thickened little toenails which she even filed down to evenly polish. Heels were beautifully smooth after being rough and dry, and the nails are still as pretty as they were a week ago. A true professional, and I would return.
