Pam was very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend - I have rebooked.
I had a full leg and bikini wax and it was the most efficient and successful wax I have experienced. Ellie was very friendly and helped to calm my nerves as I took a break from waxing for a little while. She uses hot wax rollers on your legs which makes the waxing faster but also less painful. I would recommend to anyone as it was a great experience and great value for money.

Used the online booking service to book in for a wash cut and blow dry. I recieved a phone call from the salon 30 min before my appointment to advise me that the hairdresser isn't in today and I need to rebook for 3 days time instead. I had already began to make my way to the salon at this point - she advise me to come in and collect my £1 deposit. Extremely unhappy and hoping this is a one off. The salon has opened at 10am so unsure why I was only called at 11am (half an hour before my appointment).
