The staff were all friendly. The lady was very nice about my new piercing and covered it so it would hurt. My haircut didn’t turn out amazing but that’s not really an issue as my hair doesn’t blow dry very well and will be looking much better after I was it and my curls reappear. Overall a good experience.
I hate to leave anything but a positive review but went in for a trim and the girl cut my hair wet which is a big no when it's curly, without even asking first. She seemed quite shy and there was a bit of a language barrier so felt like I couldn't communicate well what I wanted so ended up having more off than I wanted and no really any style to it . But she did do a very thorough and good blowdry. Just slightly disappointed on the cut.
Didn’t have blonde hair dye in stock. Very apologetic about it but disappointing.
