I could not fault the massage that I had. The only thing I wasn’t happy about was I booked for a hour 11:30-12:30 but it was over by 12:10. I didn’t say anything. But when I got home I received an email from Treatwell at 12:38 saying your take as changed from 11:30 to 11:10. I’m sorry but how can you change my time by email after my massage had finished. So I lost out on 20 minutes. Not very happy to be honest.
